These terms and conditions were last updated on the 1st June 2009. Use of our website and the purchase of goods from the EmmyRose website are governed by the terms and conditions set out below. "We" or "Our" means emmyrose.com.au "You" or "Your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the internet.

Copyright
All copyright is reserved by EmmyRose. Our designs are exclusive and are protected by copyright law. It is an offence to copy designs and layout by EmmyRose. It is also illegal to reproduce any item, text, copy, design or content from this site without permission from us. Violations of copyright on any of our content including layout and design are illegal and will be pursued.

Privacy
At EmmyRose, we respect your privacy and promise not to disclose exchange or sell your personal details to any third party. Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or to inform you of special offers or unless you tell us not to.

Links to and from 3rd Party Websites
We are not responsible for and accept no liability for the content or privacy practices of any linked website which is not owned and maintained by EmmyRose. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our website to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without EmmyRose’s prior written consent.

Liability
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Pricing
EmmyRose is an Australian owned and operated business. All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be added and included in your total at the checkout point. EmmyRose reserves the right to update its pricing at any time without notice. Please note GST is an Australian tax and is not applicable to international orders.

Payment & Ordering
As each order is made on a “to-order basis”, full payment is required before work will commence on your job.

The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping bag. It’s user-friendly, and you can be assured that your personal details are made secure and private.

Secure Credit Card Payment
Credit card is the easiest and most efficient way to receive your invitations on time. EmmyRose, uses PayPal - a secure payment gateway which allows us to accept credit card payment by Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa. Simply fill in your details and your purchase will be billed to your account. The charge will appear on your statement as "EmmyRose".

Receipt
At the end of the payment process you will be presented with a confirmation screen containing your order reference number. This page can be printed for your reference. You will also be sent an email confirming your order and a copy of your receipt will also be sent to you with your order. EmmyRose will send you an email confirming when your product has been dispatched.

Direct Debit Payment
Direct debit payments can also be made. Please contact info@emmyrose.com.au to receive account details for your transfer. Payment must be cleared before your order is dispatched.

Cheque Payment
We are also more than happy to accept a personal cheque. Using this method will require payment to be cleared before your order is dispatched.

When making payments by cheque, please make your cheque payable to:

and send it to EmmyRose PO Box 241, Seaforth NSW 2092 Australia, for processing.

Please print your name in full on the back of the cheque.

Please note that we do not accept cash.

Cancellations and Refunds
Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of EmmyRose’s business and the time involved in creating our invitations, we cannot refund payment once the process has begun simply because you have changed your mind.

Returns and Exchanges on Sale Items
We do not refund or exchange on sale items.

Personal and Event Details for Invitations
Emmyrose has set up a contact form before payment that allows you to enter all the required information for your invitation.

For example: Brides name, grooms name, date and reception etc.

Please enter your details in these field exactly as you would expect them to appear on an invitation. For example “John Apple” or “Dr Graham Joyce”.

Your list will be printed exactly as supplied.

Any errors supplied by clients on their lists will be reprinted at the clients’ expense. Emmyrose will not be held liable for printing errors that the client has signed off. The client will be subject to the full cost of the invitations being re-printed.

EmmyRose also reserves the right to print a small website address on each invitation. This will feature discretely on the back of your invitation and will read www.emmyrose.com.au

Guest Lists
If you would like your wedding invitations personalised, please upload your guest list in an excel file. This can be done in on the contact form just prior to payment. All names need to be typed exactly as you would like them to appear on the invitation. Example: Mr and Mrs J. Anderson. Your list will be printed exactly as supplied.

Any errors supplied by clients on their lists will be reprinted at the clients’ expense. This will result in the full payment for the cost of reprinting. Please note there is an extra charge for personalising wedding invitations with guest names.

Envelopes for Invitations
Envelopes are included with all wedding invitations. Please note we cannot offer printing on envelopes at this stage.

Quantity
A minimum order of 50 invitations is to be purchased at any one time.

Emmyrose strictly advises that you purchase five extra invitations for your event – in case of any last minute guest.

Postage and Packaging for Invitations
Please allow between 4-6 weeks from start to finish of your order. It is important that you book your order in prior to payment to ensure that we are able to meet your deadline.

Postage for invitations is $20.00 including GST for all orders within Australia. This cost will be added to your total payment. Each order will be delivered by Australia Post or courier and will require a signature upon delivery.

Urgent orders may require an additional fee depending on scheduling and client request. We will advise if this is applicable to you. EmmyRose reserves the right to turn away orders where deadlines cannot be met.

If you are ordering from an international location, please contact us prior to submitting your order to obtain a shipping quote. International shipping charges depend on your location and size/weight of your order.

International Orders are subject to shipping rates; these will be mailed to you at the registered price. If your country has any applicable duties and taxes, you will also be responsible for these when the parcel reaches your destination. Please check if any of these will apply to you before ordering. All deliveries must be signed for. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, the product will be returned to the depot by the delivery company. The delivery company may attempt further delivery of the product to you.

Proofreading for all Invitations
A proof is sent to you to check all content. Please do this with the utmost care. Please be aware that due to variations in monitors the colours and images may vary slightly on screen to that of the finished product.

A proof will be emailed to you for approval before printing. Once you have checked and approved your proof, please email your approval in writing to us at info@emmyrose.com.au

Once your approval has been received, your job will be sent to print and posted out to you. Please allow at least 20 business days from approval of your proof to delivery. (A timing estimate will be sent to you regardless).Client errors that are signed off through the proofing process are to be reprinted at the client’s expense. It is the client's responsibility to check all copy is correct. Emmyrose will not be held liable for printing errors that the client has signed off. The client will be subject to full charge of the invitations being re-printed.

EmmyRose allows for one set of text amendments at proof stage. If further amendments are required an extra $50.00 is charged for each proof.

EmmyRose Closing Times
During the year EmmyRose will be closed during certain periods. We will give as much notice as possible on our site. Orders placed prior to and during closure dates are subject to delays, if you have any concerns regarding the timing of your order please contact us via phone on +61 (0) 411 694 760 prior to ordering. Orders placed while we are closed will be attended to in order of receipt on our return. If we cannot meet your deadline we will advise before we commence work on your job.

Delivery times quoted on our site are approximate and depend on the speed in which you supply information to us and approve your proofs.

Suggestions or Complaints
Should you have a suggestion or complaint with the service or goods that we provide, please contact us by email: info@emmyrose.com.au. We aim to acknowledge your email within 3 working days.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Payment and approval of your invitations are acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
